COVID-19 Update

Majority of the residents who tested positive for COVID-19 have completed their 7 days of isolation, anti-viral treatment and are recovering well. We still have a small number in isolation and at this stage remain in lockdown until advised by the Public Health Unit.

All remain in good spirits and are provided with 1:1 support from our lifestyle team.

For partners in care or essential visitors please contact the facility manager or nurse in charge to discuss your circumstances.

Winter Vaccinations
Just a friendly reminder of the importance of winter COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations. Mount Clear Aged Care strongly encourages all consumers, staff and visitors who are eligible to receive their winter vaccinations.

Reablement of residents:
As a result of COVID-19 lockdowns and isolation requirements, many residents may have experienced physical, psychological and/or nutritional deconditioning. Our focus will be to work with residents and families on how we can support residents to regain any lost capacity and mobility.
